Idea & Suggestion Rules

I know it's annoying having a new set of rules for every forum, but I'd just like to say this:

We give you this thread because we are interested in your ideas, and we have already benefited from some out-of-forum ones. But we do not want you guys screaming your heads off telling us you don't like something. We want constructive critism, and when you suggest things, we want them to be well though out, and be clearly explained. We'd rather we didn't have to ask questions about it.

Anyway, give us any ideas you think of in this forum, please.
